Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a house state confirmation method capable of confirming the lockup state of a prescribed house at that time from a remote place or the present progressing state on consumption of a life line, and thereby preventing a danger of the house or a family. SOLUTION: This house state confirmation method is constituted from a step wherein a transmission means 2 of a public terminal device 1 transmits a delivery request of the house state on a management house 4 of a customer at that time through a communication network 3, a step wherein a reception means 5 of the public terminal device 1 receives the house state delivered through the communication network 3, and a step wherein an output means 6 of the public terminal device 1 outputs released information on the received house state.
