NURSING CARE AUTHORIZATION SUPPORT SYSTEM AND INFORMATION MANAGING METHOD APPLIED TO THIS SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily carry out totalization and retrieval by efficiently controlling data of an examination list, an opinion list, etc., formed several times for each of applicants in nursing care authorization application work. SOLUTION: An application information table 11 holds the inputting number of an examination list data/opinion list data in applicant unit for each of working steps, holds information showing the working step in correspondence with the newest one of the input examination list data/opinion list data in applicant unit and holds information showing the working step in correspondence with the examination list data/opinion list data to be input next in applicant unit. An examination list table 12 holds only the newest one of the working steps of the input examination list data in applicant unit. An examination list actual result table 13 holds an actual result data of the examination list and holds information showing who examines, who is examined and when it is examined. An examination list career table 16 holds a career for each of the working steps of the input examination list data in applicant unit. Totalization and retrieval of the date are carried out by using these information.
