Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method to manage the schedule of a user by inputting a sound from an ordinary telephone set, a public telephone, a movable body terminal and the like. SOLUTION: A management device 20 is provided with a means of sound recognition to receive the sound signal of a user transmitted from a telephone set 10 through a telephone network 30 and to recognize the sound signal, a means to extract schedule data from the results of the sound recognition, and to register the schedule data in a schedule table stored in a memory corresponding to the user or to process a renewal, and a means to inform the user of the schedule data registered in the memory by sound data or document data, and the schedule data is sent to the user through the telephone network 20 by a sound signal or by facsimile transmission, its display screen data are transferred through the Internet 40, or it is sent to the terminal 50 of the user by sending an electronic computer originated mail. |
