COMPONENT ORDERING METHOD, COMPUTER READABLE RECORDING MEDIUM WITH COMPONENT ORDERING PROGRAM RECORDED THEREON, COMPONENT ORDERING PROGRAM AND COMPONENT ORDERING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the lack of required components or stock increase of non-required components caused by the failure of demand forcast. SOLUTION: A determined order receiving information file 201 and an estimated order receiving information file 202 are read out and an order receiving information file 203 stored with the determined number of received orders and projected state data is prepared. The order receiving information file 203 and a component master (unit requirement) file are read out, the number of required components is calculated and a required component number file stored with the number of required components is prepared. The required component number file, a component master (reservation period) file and a stock information file are read out, the number of lacked components is calculated and a component ordering/reservation number file is prepared by making the number of lacked components correspondent to an order statement issue period, reservation period and forecast respectively. While referring to the component ordering/ reservation number file, a reservation information file stored with the reservation of ordering within the reservation period is prepared.
