Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical scanner capable of realizing the reduction of the cost by keeping the distance from a deflector to the surface of a photoreceptor short. SOLUTION: This optical scanner is provided with two light sources 1 emitting light beams, two optical systems 2 for forming an image with emitted light by which the light beams from the light sources 1 are formed into an image, the deflector 3 receiving the light beams from the optical systems 2 by different deflecting and scanning surfaces respectively and deflecting them to perform scanning, and two reflection mirrors 4 receiving two light beams from the deflector 3 and provided with reflection surfaces having shape to correct fθcharacteristics. It is also allowable that the scanner is provided with one light source 1, one optical system 2 for forming an image with emitted light, the deflector 3 receiving the light beam from the optical system 2 by different deflecting and scanning surfaces respectively and deflecting it to perform scanning, a scanning light splitting member 9 receiving the light beam from the deflector 3 and provided with two reflection surfaces having different angles, and two reflection mirrors 4 receiving the light beam whose scanning range is split by the member 9 and provided with the reflection surfaces having the shape to correct the fθ characteristics. |
