PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfactorily maintain refrigerating capacity by lowering the pressure loss at the time of returning refrigerant from a plurality of evaporators to a compressor and keep reliability high, by surely returning a refrigerating machine oil to a compressor side. SOLUTION: A refrigerating machine 1 is provided with a plurality of the evaporators 9 and 10, and the refrigerant R, passing through a condenser 4 and expansion valves 7a and 7b after being compressed by the compressor 2, is supplied to at least one of the evaporators 9 and 10, so as to conduct external heat absorption. Outlet pipes 11 and 12 of the evaporators 9 and 10 and an inlet pipe 16 of an accumulator 18, functioning as a return pipe for returning the refrigerant to the compressor 2, and joined in an approximately Y-shape in a confluence part 15.
