PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the work efficiently by reforming a molten slag discharge port treating device which opens or closes the molten slag discharge port of an ash fusion furnace or a refuse fusion furnace or the like. SOLUTION: In this molten slag discharge port treating device which performs treatment of opening and closing of an opening to the molten slag discharge port of a refuse fusion furnace or the like, being equipped with a guide cell having a rock drill mounted freely movably backward and forward and a supporter for supporting that guide cell, the above supporter is equipped with a base fixed to a structure or the like and an elevating table attached capably of ascending and descending to that base, and the above elevating table is constituted to ascend and descend in parallel by the expansion and contraction of a fluid cylinder, by a plurality of links free of rising and falling whose one end each is pivoted on the base and whose other ends are pivoted on the elevating table concerned and the fluid cylinder which is provided to cross the above links, between the above base and the elevating table.
