SOLUTION: An inside of the canister 1 is divided into a main chamber 3 positioned in an upper part and an auxiliary chamber 4 positioned in a lower part. A tank port 21 and a purge port 23 are provided on one side of the main chamber 3, and an atmosphere port 27 is provided on one side of the auxiliary chamber 4. Other sides of the main chamber 3 and the auxiliary chamber 4 are connected each other. A heater 28 for generating heat by energizing is positioned in an intermediate part in the flow direction of gas in the auxiliary chamber 4. An adsorbent 5 is filled in the main chamber 3 and the auxiliary chamber 4. |
