Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce burdens on a maintenance caretaker by easily anticipating the failure of a manhole pump site. SOLUTION: The system urges the caretaker to do inspection upon judging the manhole pump site very likely to fail, if the average daily operating time of each of first and second pumps provided in the pump site becomes 1.3 times or more the average daily operating time of each pump during three months after its installation; if the operating time of one of the pumps becomes 1.3 times or more the operating time of the other of the pumps; and if a difference in the number of operations between the pumps during one month is five or more.
