Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a flameproof paper mainly composed of cellulose phosphate, at a low cost. SOLUTION: The method comprises the following steps: wood pulp is beaten, and the beaten pulp is applied on a papermaking machine to construct a cellulose structure; the cellulose structure is impregnated with a polyphosphoric acid aqueous solution of a specific concentration at a specific weight ratio; the cellulose structure impregnated with the polyphosphoric acid aqueous solution is dried at 100-150 deg.C in a drying process to cause a phosphoric ester forming reaction; and thus the objective flameproof paper mainly composed of phosphated cellulose is obtained.
