Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling composition which is used to add to a cooling solution for an internal combustion engine and can especially show an excellent anticorrosive effect on an aluminium metal even if added at a little content. SOLUTION: The composition comprises a primary rust-preventive agent consisting of a water-soluble organic medium as the main component and an organic fatty acid or the salt, and a secondary rust-preventive agent of a carbon composition, wherein the secondary rust-preventive agent and the first rust- preventive agent have a weight ratio of 1:0.2-1.0.
