Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an agricultural and horticultural fungicide exhibiting high controlling effects on various kinds of pathogenic fungi exhibiting resistance to a conventional agricultural and horticultural fungicide and having excellent residual effect properties. SOLUTION: This 5-halogeno- or 5-aminopyrazole-n-3-carboxamide derivative is represented by the general formula (I) (wherein R denotes hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a 1-4C alkyl group or cyano group; R denotes a halogen atom, amino group or a 1-4C alkylamino group; X denotes hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a 1-4C alkyl group or cyano group; and R denotes a 1-4C alkyl group) and the agricultural and horticultural fungicide comprises the 5-halogeno- or 5-aminopyrazole-n-3-carboxamide derivative as an active ingredient.
