Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control temperature little by little at low cost. SOLUTION: A heating or air-conditioning device 1 for the interior of an automobile includes an outer chassis 10 through which high-or low-temperature air flows; an air blowing means 20; an air-cooling means 22 and an air-heating means 24, both of which are actuated by use of fluid flowing therein without making contact with air; a member 26 for controlling the heating means; at least one airflow duct 16 in communication with the chassis; and at least one mixing shutter 30 for enabling airflow to be pointed to the duct 16 or for blocking the passage of the airflow. The member 26 for controlling the heating means 24 is of the on/off type. When a passage 27 for unconditioned air is widely open, the mixing shutter 20 oriented in all the directions of the airflow allows additional airflow F3 passing through the heating means to pass therethrough in the downstream of the heating member 24.
