Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate having functional layers hardly to be peeled off and having and long keeping enough mechanical strength of the whole laminate to prevent generation of flaw due to scratch and friction. SOLUTION: A laminate is obtained by mounting a rigid organic resin layer 2 on a supporting base material 1 and further mounting an intermediate layer 3 made of an oxide of nickel, iron, niobium or copper, a mixture of the oxide and a nitride thereof each having a different valence or an oxide-nitride compound thereof and a functional layer 4 on the rigid organic resin layer 2.
