Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sampling tool for an endoscope constituted to permit easy attaching of a wire for forming a gripper to a prescribed position in a prescribed direction. SOLUTION: This sampling tool for the endoscope has an operation member which is inserted into a sheath 4 and is freely advanceable and retreatable and the gripper 6 which is attached to the distal end of the operation member and is composed of a plurality of elastic wires freely projectable and submersible from and into the distal end of the sheath 4 by advancing and retreating the operation member. The one-side ends of the elastic wires 7 are fitted into position regulating grooves 22 formed at the member on the sheath 4 side and are attached and fixed in the prescribed positions and directions.
