Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condenser microphone formed by containing a microphone unit in a holder that is downsized without deteriorating dust proof, drip proof and acoustic performance of a filter. SOLUTION: An opening 1 is formed to a front edge wall HA of a rubber holder H, a sound hole 11 is formed to a front edge wall of a metal case 10 of the microphone unit U, the filter F of a size fitted to the opening HA of the holder H is stuck and fixed to an outer face of the front edge wall of the case 10 through an adhesive, and the microphone unit is contained in the inside of the holder H so as to closely connect the outer face of the front edge wall of the case 10 to the inner face of the front edge wall of the holder H.
