SOLUTION: A promotion posting system has a means of precedently posting information of a content project scheduled to be posted in a project posting web site, a means of storing promotion information including promotion request contents inputted through a promotion information registering web site, a posting ascertained content storing means of storing the content project information ascertained to be posted in a content posting web site, a matching process means of judging an association between a context of posting ascertained contents and the promotion information and associating them, a means of posting the advertisement or the like based upon the promotion information in the posting ascertained contents associated by the matching process means, and a means of referring to information of reactions to the promotion information and preparing the content project information.
