SOLUTION: A service managing device is provided with a service pack database 46, a customer information database 47, a work history database 48 and a unit master 49. The device is also provided with a display control means for displaying a screen which comprises at least customer information concerning the customers and business history information concerning the history of business performed to the customer when the customer inputs a service request, a first storage control means for specifying business contents with respect to the received service request based on the screen and registering them to business history information, an output means for outputting a written business instruction concerning the business contents to a person in charge of performing the business and a second storage control means for updating business history information based on the performing result of the business which is performed in accordance with the outputted business instruction. |
