Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation apparatus for instruction document capable of preparing a work instructing information with ease and providing the information to workers on a site. SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with a database 10d for a list of assembly parts to store information on working procedures such as an order of parts assembly, a display screen model database 10c for storing the model of the instruction document specifying the display layout of the document in a HTML format and a master database 10b to store information on parts. An instruction document preparation part 11 extracts a predetermined information from each of database 10b, 10d and also prepares a document to be a work instruction information to store it into an instruction document database by replacing the extracted information with a keyword constituting a HTML file. Then, before starting of actual printing works, the prepared instruction document is delivered to the work support terminals connected to a network on condition of receiving approval.
