Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent contaminated water adhered to an operating cylinder by immersion from scattering during operation to prevent contamination from spreading in a handling tool used for housing in and taking out a spent fuel assembly from a storage rack frame by hanging the spent fuel assembly with a crane in the pool water of a nuclear power station or the like. SOLUTION: An operation part 3 is hung with the end part for suspension 4 of a pit crane hoist, and the spend fuel assembly is locked and unlooked freely in the pool water A by operating a grasping tool 3f with an operation rod 3a passing through a fixedly installed part 3A of the operation part 3 by moving an elevation operating part 3B up and down. A cylinder for operation 3d which is fitted into an outer peripheral side of the operation rod 3a is installed consecutively between a base 3a of the fixedly installed part 3A and the grasping tool 3f. The spend fuel assembly handling tool of the above structure includes a bellows for preventing scattering water 10 retractable in up and down directions suspended on an outer peripheral side of the operation cylinder 3d from the fixedly installed part 3A, and a float 11 floating on the pool water W is provided on a lower part 10a of the bellows. Thereby scattering of the contaminated water adhered on the cylinder for operation 3d by immersion can be completely prevented at any time. |
