Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for calculating the engine rotational frequency conformable to the reality by forming the engine rotational frequency conformable to the reality considered to control an engine at the starting stage of an engine with a low rotational frequency, and thinking much of resource of a processor or a computer so that the time of a tooth is not additionally calculated. SOLUTION: For the rotational frequency higher than a preset threshold, the rotational frequency is calculated by a first method, and for the rotational frequency below the threshold or a second threshold, the rotational frequency is calculated by a second method.
