SOLUTION: The highly formable hot rolled steel sheet consists of low carbon steel containing C of 1 to 20 μm, the area ratio of the equiaxial ferritic phase is >=90%, and, in >=70% of the ferritic boundaries, the orientation difference between the adjacent crystal grains is >=15 deg.C.
