Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working carriage in a hydraulic steel pipe stably liftable in the hydraulic steel pipe and performing various types of operations such as installation and repair in the wide inner surface of the whole of the pipe. SOLUTION: This working carrier is allowed to run along the inside bottom surface of eh hydraulic steel pipe with an oblique angle. When lifting in the hydraulic steel pipe, the working carrier lifts while a roller is rotatably pressed against the upper surface of the steel pipe above the working carrier to prevent the carrier from being turned over.
