A blank part 11 is provided over the range from the boundary line of the smooth surface of the emblem base material 1 with the projected stripe 3 to the end part 10 of the seal 7, and the seal 7 and the blank part 11 are completely covered with the transparent resin 6 applied to the inside of the projected stripe 3 and it is preferable that the central part of the surface of the transparent resin 6 becomes higher than the peripheral part thereof.
