EMBLEM AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional emblem with a high grade feeling capable of being manufactured rapidly and inexpensively. SOLUTION: The emblem comprises an emblem base material 1, the seal 7 bonded to the surface thereof and a transparent resin 6 covering the seal 7. A decorative part 2 having a three-dimensional pattern and a seal pasting part 4 having a smooth surface are provided on the surface of the emblem base material 1 and the periphery of the seal pasting part 4 is surounded by a projected stripe 3 and printing is applied to the seal 7. A blank part 11 is provided over the range from the boundary line of the smooth surface of the emblem base material 1 with the projected stripe 3 to the end part 10 of the seal 7, and the seal 7 and the blank part 11 are completely covered with the transparent resin 6 applied to the inside of the projected stripe 3 and it is preferable that the central part of the surface of the transparent resin 6 becomes higher than the peripheral part thereof.
