Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find out rear surface coating capable of being manufactured simply and inexpensively without causing any problem of prior art. SOLUTION: In a recording material for manufacturing an offset printing plate having a web or plate type substrate, a radiation sensitive layer on the front surface of the substrate and a continuous layer on the rear surface of the substrate while not including any pigment particle, the rear surface layer contains an organic polymer material substantially having a glass transition temperature of at least 45 deg.C and the surface of the same is provided with a BKK flatness of 5-800 s. The present invention also relates to the manufacturing method of the recording material.
