Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To curtail a molding process by making only the unnecessary part of a board base material removable while a skin material secures a length for covering the terminal of the board base material during molding when the board base material and the skin material are molded integrally. SOLUTION: An apparatus for molding a board molding which can do the molding of the board base material and the integration of the skin material with the board base material in the same process has a lower mold 10 in which the board base material 50 is placed, an upper mold 40 in which the skin material 52 is held, and a cutting blade 30 which can advance from the side position of the lower mold 10 to the upper side position of the board base material 50 placed in the lower mold 10, is interlocked with the vertical movement of the upper mold 40, and cuts the unnecessary part of the board base material 50.
