SOLUTION: At first a gene is obtain that encodes the Fd fragment and the VCL fragment, namely the Fab antibody gene of the anti-reverse transcriptase (anti-RT) activity inhibitory antibody and can express the polypeptide having the RT inhibitory activity. The gene is incorporated into a vector and the recombinant vector is used as a therapeutic agent.
