Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric energy generating element which can control an output as desired. SOLUTION: The electric energy generating element is constituted with a reaction chamber 1 provided with a laminated body 12 of a hydrogen electrode film 7 and a proton electric conductor film 8, a hydrogen gas chamber 2 connected to a source of hydrogen gas, and a regulator which supplies hydrogen gas to the reaction chamber from the hydrogen gas chamber so that the hydrogen gas pressure in the reaction chamber bar may be controlled to a set pressure. The pressure of the regulator is variably set.
