Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens sheet causing no damage to a mold in the case of resin molding and heightening an optical function of particles of a light diffusing agent, a projection screen and a method for manufacturing the lens sheet. SOLUTION: In the lens sheet having a lens formed on at least one surface of a substrate sheet with an ionizing radiation setting resin, the particles of the light diffusing agent are mixed in the substrate sheet. When mass average particle diameters of the particles of the light diffusing agent are set to be 3-25 μm, the lens sheet is constructed so as to satisfy an inequality h>D/3 where D is the mass average particle diameters of the particles of the light diffusing agent and h is the distance between a lens shaped recessed part of the lens and the substrate sheet surface of the lens forming side.
