CLEAN ROOM ENTRANCE-CONTROLLING METHOD, CLEAN ROOM ENTRANCE-CONTROLLING SYSTEM AND AIR SHOWER SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a clean room entrance-controlling system performing the operational control of an air shower device and an air shower system. SOLUTION: When doors 7 and 6 are closed at the time when a room-entering person 4 carrying a non-contact type ID card 11 enters an air shower room 1, reader-writers 12a and 12b start to operate periodically. When the reader- writers 12a and 12b receive the identification signal that is transmitted from the non-contact type ID card 11 continuously, the air shower device 2 is operated to remove the dust or the like adhering to the room-entering person 4. When the measured value of the quantity of the dust measured by a dust counter 9 becomes a reference value or below, the operation of the air shower device 2 is stopped. When the operation of the air shower device 2 is stopped, the door 6 is opened. Then, the room-entering person 4 can enter a clean room 3. The door 6 is opened after the stoppage of the operation of the air shower device 2, and thereby a control part 13 records the entrance into the clean room 3 of the room-entering person corresponding to the identification information received by the reader-writers 12a and 12b.
