SOLUTION: In the garbage disposing furnace which performs oxygen-enriched combustion, equipped with a waste heat boiler 16 and a pressure ripple adsorption and separation type oxygen generator S, the compressor 2 or vacuum pump 7 of the above oxygen generator S is rotated by the steam turbine 12 using the steam generated by the waste heat boiler 16.
