SOLUTION: The rubber composition for tires contains 2-15 pts.wt. of short fibers, 1-6 pts.wt. of recycled paper sheets and 5-30 pts.wt. of silica per 100 pts.wt. of a natural rubber and/or a diene-based synthetic rubber.
