SOLUTION: The ion-exchange membrane comprises at least two layers consisting of a first layer comprising of a polymer including repeated units represented by formula: (wherein Y is selected from COOH, CN, COF, and COOR; X is selected from Cl, Br and F; and Rt and Rt' are each selected from a perfluoroalkyl group and a fluorochloroalkyl groups each having a 1-10C.), and a second layer comprising a polymer including repeated units represented by a formula: (wherein Y' is selected from SO3 H, SO2 F, SO3 Na, SO3 K, SO2 NH2 , and SO2 NH4 ; Rt" and R''' are each selected from a perfluoroalkyl group and a fluorochloroalkyl group., each having a 1-10C). |
