Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the frictional resistance between the inside surface of a heating cylinder and a molding material. SOLUTION: A heating cylinder 11, a screw 12, a molding material supply means 102 for supplying the molding material to the cylinder 11, an injection pressure detecting means for detecting the pressure of injection, a molding material pressure detecting means for detecting the pressure of the molding material, a pressure difference calculating means 103 for calculating the pressure difference between the pressures of the injection and the molding material, and a molding material supply changing means 104 which compares the pressure difference with a threshold, reduces the amount of the molding material to be supplied when the pressure difference is greater than the threshold, and increases the amount of the molding material to be supplied when the pressure difference is not greater than the threshold are provided. When the pressure difference is greater than the threshold, the amount of the resin to be supplied to a supply part is reduced, and the state of the resin in the supply part is made sparse. |
