Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaporation-to-dryness method for wastewater, which can smoothly discharge solidified waste to the outside of the system without sticking the solidified waste on the heater or near the outlet of the solidified waste and prevent reduction in a treatment capacity to enable stable operation, in the case that wastewater is treated in an evaporation-to-dryness apparatus to produce the solidified waste. SOLUTION: This evaporation-to-dryness method is a method for producing solidified waste by treating wastewater in an evaporating and drying apparatus 3. The waste water is treated in the apparatus 3 after adding waste water of a CMP-(chemical mechanical polishing) process thereto.
