Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modification method for an environmental preservation area which can reduce the influence of the modification upon an environment in order to efficiently carry out the modification of a planned modification zone while creatures to be preserved in the planned modification zone are protected. SOLUTION: This modification method for an environmental preservation area includes (1) an environment investigation process in which an environment and living creatures of a planned modification zone 2 are investigated and creatures to be preserved are selected and distributions of the living creatures are grasped, (2) a dividing process in which the planned modification zone 2 is divided into a plurality of divisions including an early modification division 3 and a preserved division 4 according to the information of the environment investigation process, (3) a prior modification process in which the early modification division 3 is modified prior to the preserved division 4 and an environment same as that of the preserved division 4 is restored in the early modification division 3 to create a restored preservation division 6, (4) a preservation division removal process in which creatures to be preserved (animals 10 to be preserved and plants 11 to be preserved) in the preserved division 4 are removed into the restored preservation division 6, and (5) a preserved division modification process in which the preserved division 4 is modified.
