Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resonance tag whose resonance frequency can be easily changed and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This resonance tag 10 includes an insulation film 12, and an aluminum foil electrode pattern 14 is formed on both faces of the insulation film 12. Capacitors C1 to C4 and a coil L are formed by the electrode pattern 14, the capacitors C1 to C4 and the coil L are serially connected, and a closed loop is formed. Namely, an LC resonance circuit is formed. For instance, the capacitors C1 to C3 can be electrically subjected to dielectric breakdown. Then, an LC oscillation circuit can oscillate in four types of frequencies. Namely, one resonance tag 10 can handle four pieces of different information when prescribed information is allocated to each of the frequencies. Then, it is possible to easily change frequencies because the capacitors can be electrically shirt-circuited. |
