Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concentration-measuring instrument that can measure up to high suspensoid constituent concentration with high sensitivity, can easily install a sensor section for detecting concentration directly, even at a narrow location or at a poor environmental location, and is suited for the measurement or the like of the concentration of sludge. SOLUTION: In the instrument for measuring the concentration of suspensoid constituent in liquid to be measured, by detecting the diffusion reflection light of a laser beam that is emitted towards the inside of the liquid to be measured, a body section, having at least the light transmitter and light receiver of a laser beam and a concentration detection section for receiving direct reflection light from the inside of the liquid to be measured by applying a laser beam to the inside of the liquid to be measured directly are composed separately, and the body section and the concentration detection section are connected by a flexible photoconductor.
