PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To particularly improve the water-stopping performance of the rain blowing up an outer wall surface in the direction from the lower to upper parts in addition to the rain blowing down the outer wall surface in the direction from the upper to lower parts and the rain drifting the outer wall surface from the lateral direction, and moreover secure air-supplying and exhausting performance with the smaller pressure loss of air supply and exhaust compared with the conventional one with the same outline size and having a compact size. SOLUTION: In a vent cap 4 provided with a tubular pipe guide 6 on the rear side of a base plate 5 and surrounded by a front hood 8 having openings in the upper and lower parts of the front side, a top rainproof board 12 with a flat plate-shaped rainproof board 12a and a gutter-shaped rainproof board 12b arranged in multistage superposition is installed inside the upper part in the front hood 8, and an underside rainproof board 14 with the flat plate-shaped rainproof boards 14a and 14b arranged in multistage superposition is installed inside the lower part. Moreover, an outdoor air opening window 15 is formed in the side part of the front hood 8, and side rainproof boards 16a and 16b are provided inside it.
