FIXTURE FOR DOOR CLOSER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture for a door closer locking the door closer so as not to be operated in the door-opening direction, preventing the opening of a door even when a lock is unlocked and being capable of ensuring safety in the case of keeping at home. SOLUTION: In the door closer 1 composed of a main body 3 being fixed onto a door A and having a rotating shaft 2 and its rotation imparting means, a door-side arm 4 in which a base end is connected to the rotating shaft 2 so as to be integrally rotated and a fixing-side arm 8 in which the base end is connected to a fixing member and a front end is connected rotatably at the front end of the door-side arm 4, the fixture is formed of a fixing ring 12 being externally inserted in a retractable manner to the door-side arm 4 and the fixing-side arm 8 at a position where the door A is closed and preventing the expansion movement of both arms in the opening direction of the door A and a fixing means 13 being mounted on the fixing ring 12 and fixing the fixing ring 12 at a fixed position to both arms 4 and 8, and the door A cannot be opened by externally inserting the fixing ring 12 to the door- side arm 4 and the fixing-side arm 8 at the position where the door A is closed.
