SOLUTION: In this flat electrodeposition coating comprising (a) 50-80 wt.% of an acrylic resin containing a carboxy group and a hydroxy group, (b) 20-50 wt.% of at least one of an amino resin and a block isocyanate resin and (c) 0.5-5.0 wt.% of a metal chelate compound containing a 6-30C alkyl ester group- containing long-chain β-keto ester (the total weight of the components (a)+(b)+(c) is 100), the flat electrodeposition coating contains a reactive emulsifying agent. |
