Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly present an ordered part to a user and reduce stocked part amount by providing the information on an integrated or commonly used alternative part to a part and enabling the stocked amount thereof to be retrieved so that an instruction for delivering the part according to a request from a user in a part delivery controller. SOLUTION: When an order is received from a user (S10), the ordered part and the stocked amount of an alternative part are retrieved from the number of the ordered part and the information on the alternative part attached thereto (S12). When the stock of the alternative part is present (S14), the alternative part is instructed to be delivered preferentially (S16). When the ordered amount is still left, the ordered part is instructed to be delivered (S18 to S26).
