Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shrink film hard to generate wrinkles even if a wound article is packaged by the shrink film while performing tight binding packaging. SOLUTION: A polyolefin film subjected to stretch processing has a C-axis orientation function of 0.1-0.4. When this polyolefin film is thermally shrunk while holding thermal shrinkage characteristics of a degree usable as a packaging material, it is hard to generate wrinkles and enables packaging excellent in appearance. Especially, this polyolefin film has excellent properties capable of corresponding even to the package of a wound article of electric wire or the like easy to generate wrinkles.
