Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plan of a drain/garbage simultaneous treatment facility, a method and a system for executing the plan. SOLUTION: The mediation system is provided with a step 1 for inputting and memorizing a client data regarding an expected number of attendance of various kinds of facilities, an object to be treated and a treatment requirement grade of the object to be treated from a client through a communication means; a step 2 for inputting and memorizing the number of various kinds of parts regarding a drain treatment facility and a garbage treatment facility and an equipment data regarding a kind of instrument which can be provided from various kinds of facility agents through a communication means; a step 3 for planning the required installment number of rest rooms and garbage accumulators and a selection and a combination of various kinds of parts adapted fro the treatment requirement grade of the drain treatment facility and the garbage treatment facility using the client data; a step 4 for selecting various kinds of facility agents ordering various kinds of parts using a facility data; a step 5 for outputting a planned result to the client; and a step 6 for ordering various kinds of parts planned to various kinds of facility agents.
