Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user terminal and an information-providing method with which information provided in a distribution system can be utilized effectively. SOLUTION: A viewer device 5 displays an identification mark, corresponding to relating information on a display section 53 during broadcast of digital contents distributed from a television station center 3 and stores the relating information in cross-reference with the identification mark to a storage section 55, when a user designates the identification mark. Then the user terminal displays the relating information stored in the storage section 55, in response to a request entered from the user.
