Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely protect a copyright and a distribution right of a literary work and to distribute profits accurately. SOLUTION: The number of the key data to send is counted when a content control server 2 sends out the encrypted key data to a streaming server 8. The streaming server 8 decodes image data encrypted by the key data and delivers the decoded image data to users' terminals through the intermediary of a network 10. A series of processing made at the streaming server 8 are executed through the prescribed program provided by the content control server 2. Therefore, the content control enterpriser cannot acquire the key data and the decoded image data. The collected subscription rates are distributed among the owner of the copyright and enterprisers on the basis of the number of the key data to be sent.
