SOLUTION: This resistor has a substrate 11, a resistor 12 provided on the upper surface of the substrate 11, an electrodes 13 which are provided to face each other at both ends of the resistor 12 and electrically connected to the resistor 12. The resistor also has an insulating section 14 one end of which is positioned in the resistor 12 and the other end of which is positioned on the outside of the resistor 12 in the side section 11a of the substrate 11. The width of the end of the insulating section 14 positioned in the resistor 12 is made broader than that of the other part of the section 14. |
