CARD ISSUANCE PROCESSING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently control a defective card such as a noncontact IC card. SOLUTION: A card issuance processing system has a card classification inspecting part 2 for inspecting a classification of an unwritten IC card, at least one encoding part 3 or 4 for writing encoding information in the IC card, a communication inspecting part 5 for inspecting communication of the IC card encoded by the encoding part, and at least one of a laser printing part 6 for printing the IC card by using a laser marker or a character inspecting part 7 for checking up a character with the encoding information by reading the character printed on the IC card, and has a defective marking part 8 for marking a defective so that a defection factor can be discriminated when the IC card becomes defective by either unit of the card classification inspecting part, the encoding part, the communication inspecting part, the laser printing part or the character inspecting part.
