Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing device with which information provided by ranking established by user's voting concerning a prescribed theme is made to be the information with high accuracy and freshness and to provide a ranking presenting method in the device. SOLUTION: My ranking which is established by voting from user terminals via a network concerning the prescribed theme is received, made to correspond to information concerning the users and registered in a database. Kinds of registered my ranking of the plurality of users are totaled and opened to the user terminals which are connected to the network as a synthetic ranking result. When the change of the registered my ranking by voting from the user terminals via the network is received, the contents of registered my ranking concerning the user of the user terminal are updated to be the contents of the kind of my ranking concerning the change and also the kinds of my ranking of the plurality of users are totaled again. Then it is opened to the user terminals which are connected to the network as the synthetic ranking result.
